Simply put, bank accounts are linked on Xero and transactions automatically filter through, working real-time for us to access at the same time as our clients.

Dext allows you to simply snap a picture of an invoice/receipt, or submit it in email form, and it’s stored as a digital receipt. This can then be linked to its clear bookkeeping system, creating a clear audit trail of exactly where your money has been spent. This is so important as its easy to do while on the move and record everything in an instant rather than the loss of physical receipts, we’ve all seen the receipts at the dash of the builders van.
